THE HISTORY OF THE UKBFF
The UKBFF is part of the international bodybuilding and fitness community, connected to the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB), founded in 1946 by Joe and Ben Weider.
With a proud tradition of British bodybuilding, the UKBFF stages regional and national competitions, including the prestigious British Championships, celebrating the dedication and achievements of athletes across multiple divisions.
Over the years, British bodybuilding has produced many outstanding champions, including Dorian Yates, Flex Lewis, Nathan De Asha and Ryan Terry, inspiring new generations to pursue their competitive ambitions.
Through national competitions and international opportunities, the UKBFF continues to support athletes, celebrate champions and help shape the future of British bodybuilding and fitness.
Honouring our history. Celebrating our athletes. Building our future.
